cy999's Responsible Gaming
Our Commitment
The joy of entertainment should never become a burden — cy999 is always here to ensure you have a safe, mindful, and enjoyable gaming experience.
Play for entertainment, not addiction
cy999 believes that online casino and betting is purely a form of entertainment. The excitement of a cricket match, the colorful world of slots, or the thrill of a crash game — all of it is enjoyable, as long as it stays within control. But when gaming starts to affect other responsibilities in life, it is time to stop — recognizing that is the truly smart thing to do.
On this page we will show you how cy999 ensures responsible gaming, what tools are available to you, and where to get help if needed. Our goal is simple — to keep you safe and well at all times.
The cy999 platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at registration and accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately.
Our Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a set cooling-off period must be waited out before it can be increased.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break from playing? Set a time-out from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period, logging into your account or placing bets will be completely disabled.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion — you can close your account for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently. It cannot be cancelled while active.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit for how long you play in one sitting. You will be logged out automatically when the set time is up, making it easier to take a break.
Gaming History Tracking
View your full gaming and transaction history from the account dashboard. It is the easiest way to understand your own spending patterns.
24/7 Support
For any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, the cy999 support team is available around the clock. Get help in Bengali via live chat or email.

- Set a time and money limit before each session
- Take regular breaks and spend time with your family
- If you are on a losing streak, take a break — do not chase losses and lose even more
- When you win, set a portion aside and play with the rest
Don't
- Never bet with money meant for rent, education, or healthcare
- Do not play with borrowed money or money borrowed from friends
- Do not make decisions while under the influence of alcohol or emotional stress
- Do not increase your bets thinking you will recover lost money
- Do not play only to win — play for entertainment
