2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. If this rule is violated, cy999 reserves the right to suspend or cancel all associated accounts, and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. cy999 reserves the right to cancel an account and withhold deposited funds if any false information is provided.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Sharing your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else is prohibited. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify the cy999 support team immediately. cy999 will not be liable for third-party misuse of your account if you have not followed the security guidelines.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on cy999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits through any method other than those listed are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements on the account that have not been met.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into an account must belong solely to the registered user. Using funds from a third party or borrowed money is against cy999's policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cy999 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or if you deposit ৳8,000 you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer description.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another to take advantage of bonus benefits.
• cy999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though this will not apply to an ongoing wagering cycle.
• If any misuse or fraud is detected in relation to a bonus, it will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

cy999's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier changes are based on user activity and contribution. The rules for converting VIP benefits to cash are set by cy999 and are subject to change.

7 Permitted & Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cy999:

• Fraud, manipulation, or playing games through dishonest means.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using computer bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or spreading false information about other users.
• Using the service for money laundering or any illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to cy999's systems.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

In the event of any violation of the above rules, cy999 reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit all bonuses, and withhold deposited funds without prior warning. Legal action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
